CIECA’s Tactical
Plan is the document that drives all committee's
activities.
Each month the SAB (Standards Advisory Board) reviews committee
progress and updates the plan with completions, revised
tasks/activities, and removed tasks/activities. The SAB votes to
accept or reject the updates.
Committee
activities have completion dates that are based on calendar
quarters. Each quarter after the SAB meeting the plan is
republished. The most recent update to the Tactical Plan is
published below. The SAB meeting minutes are also published.
